Our first trip to China was a huge success.  The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade have advised that we performed to a total of 54,000 people while we were there.  Special thanks to QUT for their generous support and making it all possible. Check out our deepblue facebook for behind the scenes photo's from the trip.

deepblue is part of a very large bid for a Cooperative Research Centre for Arts and Entertainment Futures. There have been 188 of these research centres to date, but they are usually in areas of science and technology. This is the first bid for a centre in this area of the Creative Industries. deepblue will be part of Creative Media Warehouse's membership to the centre. CMW will be an Essential Partner in a centre which includes many of the biggest company names in Arts and Entertainment in Australia. deepblue is very keen to understand how to best connect with our communities and our audiences and this research will really help us understand how to to this in the best ways possible.
